Sizing Your DRVN Speed Rope

1. Use the hex wrench to loosen the locking screw of the inner handle to allow handle to move freely

2. Put one foot on the middle of the cable and pull cable taught to your desired length and retighten locking screw

3. Try rope to ensure correct length, then remove rubber cable cover and cut excess cable ½” outside the handle

4. Replace rubber cable cover and tighten locking screws securely on both handles

5. Start crushing your double unders
